Gensys customer service is phenomenal! I placed an online order (at night) during non business hours. I called the following morning to ensure that my order was received and in que. The very kind woman politely ensured me they had received the order, and would be processed shortly. I explained my dire situation, describing that we live 100% off grid, in a very remote area; and that the generator was our only means of electricity, and the brushes were "cabbage patched" and could fail at any given moment. I asked if there were any way possible to expedite my order. She expressed concern, and asked if I could "hold," to which I agreed. Well, this young lady contacted the warehouse to verify the brushes, and block, were in stock. She then told me that they would ship them that day. Much to my surprise, two hours later, I received notification from the shipper, that my package had been received at their facility! Wow, that's what True Customer Service looks like! THEYwent out of their way, to accommodate MY emergency! To me, that requires recognition. Also, I can locally source common maintenance parts. Plus there are countless online suppliers. Gensys pricing is extremely competitive, and another part I need (new silencer) is currently in stock, and 15% less expensive than their closest cost competitor! So, ALL of my future generator (multiple) needs, will be supplied by Gensys. Thank you folks for OUTSTANDING customer service, and the professional conduct I have experienced!
