Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will deduct shipping costs from your return, except for orders that are defective, incorrect, or an error of Gensys Parts DIY.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items that have been installed are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Damaged packages should be refused upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, we require proof of damage within 5 days of delivery.

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Note: Items returned outside of our return window will not be processed for return.


Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

There may also be additional shipping charges for oversized or overweight items. If any additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before shipping your package.

**Note:** Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping fees. We do not ship LTL items outside of the contiguous 48 states.


International Return Policy

At Gensys Parts DIY, we strive to ensure that our international customers receive quality products. However, due to the complexities of international shipping and customs, our international return policy is as follows:

**Nonreturnable and Nonrefundable Items**

All international orders are final. Products shipped internationally are nonreturnable and nonrefundable unless the item is defective. We will not accept returns or provide refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to incorrect orders, change of mind, or shipping delays.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. You must notify us of the defect within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item to us for inspection.

**Return Process for Defective Items**

1. **Notification:** Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to report the defect.
2. **Shipping:** Return the item to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for all shipping fees, including duties and taxes. Gensys Parts DIY will not cover these costs.
3. **Inspection:** Once we receive the item, our team will inspect and test it to verify the defect.
4. **Refund:** If the item is deemed defective, we will refund the cost of the parts only. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded.

**Important Notes**

- Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation with the returned item.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is not defective or if it shows signs of misuse or damage.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. The recipient must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. does not offer a pre-pay program for such fees and does not offer the option to ship any parcel as a gift.
