Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Therefore, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound to reflect the policies of our shipping carriers.
There may also be additional shipping charges for oversized or overweight items. If any additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before shipping your package.
Note: Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping fees. We do not ship LTL items outside of the contiguous 48 states.
Shipping quotes for all international orders will be e-mailed to you in advance for your approval. Once approval is received, your order will ship from our facility in the standard shipping time. Transit time to you will depend on your location. The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Gensysparts.com, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country. Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. In addition, the recipient must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Gensyspartscom does not offer a pre-pay program for such fees and does not offer the option to ship any parcel as a gift.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (Original shipping charges are non-refundable). We will deduct shipping costs from your return, except for orders that are defective, incorrect, or an error of Gensys Parts DIY.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we accept it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Dear valued customers, We will no longer offer PowerSmart parts once the remaining stock is sold out due to sourcing difficulties.
