Q. Where are we located?

A. We are located in Wallingford Ct. Please refer to our contact us page or about us page for more information.

 

Q. Are these parts genuine manufactures parts?

A. Yes. All branded parts on Gensys Parts DIY are Genuine OEM parts. We source our parts directly from the manufacturers.

 

Q. Can you help with technical support?

A. While we are willing to help find parts for your unit, diagnosing any equipment over the phone is always complicated, unreliable, and not recommended.

 

Q. What is the return process?

A. Log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button.Follow the instruction and address to "Attn: Return Department." We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. (Please refer to the Shipping & Return Page for more info.)

 

Q.Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

A. Even though we stock most of the parts sold, there are scenarios where we may not have some products in stock to complete an order. In addition, some products are built to order from the factory and are outside our control. 

Orders placed on Fridays after 3:00 pm EST or at the beginning of a holiday will not start processing until the next business day. 

 

Q. How do I check my order status?

A. 1. Log In to Your Account:

    2. - Click on the “Account” button at the top right corner of the homepage.

      - Enter your username and password, then click "Log In."

      If you don’t have an account, you can create one using the email address you used to place your order.

    3. Go to Your Orders:

      - Once logged in, navigate to the “My Orders” section from your account dashboard.

    4. View Order Status:

      - Find the order you want to check and click on it to see the current status, including whether it’s been processed, shipped, or delivered.

    5. Check Tracking Information:

      - You can find a tracking number under the order details if your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking number to view the shipping progress.

Q. Do you deliver to my country?

A. Gensys Parts DIY delivers parts and accessories worldwide to over 220 countries and territories. The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes. Please refer to the International Shipments section of our Shipping Policy for more info.
